Absences and Makeups
Tuition cost remains the same regardless of student absences. Make-up classes may be taken for student absences, but are not required. Students must be currently enrolled in a class in order to attend a make up class. If you cancel your registration prior to the start of the session, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel your registration after the session has begun, tuition will not be refunded. If Ms. Sabrina’s Dance Academy needs to cancel a class for any reason, you may choose to either attend a make-up class or receive a credit for the missed class. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified via email.
If you know your child won’t be able to make it to class (either on that day or in advance), log into your Parent Portal account to schedule an absence. Once you’ve submitted an absence, you will then be able to schedule a make-up class if you wish to do so.
Registration and Waitlists
Use the online Parent Portal to register for a class. Effective January 1, 2025, a non-refundable registration fee of $25/family will be charged at the time of registration in addition to your first month’s tuition. Once registered, your child’s spot is secured in the class, and you will continue to be charged tuition unless/until you cancel your registration. If the class is already at max capacity, you may choose to have your child added to the waitlist. If you wish to discontinue your enrollment, please contact Ms. Sabrina at ms.sabrinasdanceacademy@gmail.com.
Photo Release
Ms. Sabrina's Dance Academy has permission to use class participant’s photograph/video for promotional purposes and/or Ms. Sabrina's Dance Academy's social media and website.
Audience Policy
Audience members can watch dance class from the lobby, which has plenty of visibility into the dance room. Audience members are not permitted in the dance room during class unless requested by the teacher.
